6 of us waiting at Utrecht Central Station for others, so we can start our journey to France by mini-van. 

I went for a retreat with the Brothers of St. John in St. Jodard in France. From 11-16th of April, 2006. I went there with 7 others from Holland. It was a good time with the Lord. It was great also to be with my friends. The trip to and from St. Jodard was ''gezellig" as they say in Dutch. The retreat was during the Holy Week, so the topic was the Easter Triduum. Christ's dead and resurrection!


Here the Easter fire is being lit. the fire will be blessed and the Easter Candle is lit with this fire. After that all the faithfull lit their candles from the Easter Candle. Then the Easter Vigil in a Chapel or Church will begin.
